Fixed the issue in the calculate_total() function where decimal values weren’t handled properly. Replaced the custom logic with Python’s built-in sum() function to ensure accurate and reliable total calculation.
Additionally, are you performing any extra calculations in calculate_total() that we should be aware of? Please confirm, as the new implementation aims for simplicity and correctness using sum().
