Building on the addition of a check for locks in the last PR, this PR adds a refresh button that will reload information from the dataset while retaining the currently selected directory and max file limits. With this, it is now possible to refresh and upload subsequent batches of files from the same directory.
The PR also adds a spinner while waiting for the final addFiles call to finish and a 'Done' button to close the window after that (avoiding the 'refresh' button being the only one visible after an upload).
