The top row is 12 keys wide, which makes the keys too narrow. Also, why make a different layout for Croatian when it uses the same PC layout and characters as Serbian?

@hipi66 The Serbian QWERTZ layout has been added as an option for the Croatian language. When a new version is released it will move from being in the developer version to the stable version.
So it will show the language name as "Croatian", not "Serbian". Only the layout is named "Serbian QWERTZ".
The PC layout and alphabet of Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, etc. is the same. If there are any secondary characters that are not in the "Serbian QWERTZ" layout, you can add them to the layout.
And since the layout's name is biased towards Serbian, you can change it to "Serbocroatian" or something similar. This is better than making a new layout.

I forgot to mention, only change the name field inside the layout YAML, don't change the filename as this is used internally (and not displayed to users) and will break it for existing users.
