remove "Table x-xx." labels on image files since not in numerical order #11

"Table 1-xx." is never referenced in the text, and the tables are labelled in a seemingly arbitrary order. For example, the first image is labeled 1-11, the 2nd 1-31, the third 1-33, etc. I simply removed the "Table 1-xx." text from the image files, leaving the rest of the title in place to describe it.

I see your point. The current layout was used at some point because it looked nice and I wanted to have the tables indexed, but it doesn't make sense right now, and it's also as you said, they are thrown around etc.

I'm thinking it might be time to redo those images all together though and get the headings of the images into the SGML instead. I'm looking a bit at it but can't decide if it's better or worse looking.
