Can we move this information under examples/platform-state-managers since it only applies to those state managers?

@alderete-sfdc this information would be better in your lightning/stateManager* doc. What's the best way to get it added there?

@mburr-salesforce yeah, I was also thinking there should be some details in https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/platform/lwc/guide/state-management-examples.html, we could add a high level overview with a link to the .md file?
