A simple, quick and dirty, SFD to UFO converter.

Depends on FontForge Python module, so in reality it is an FontForge to UFO converter but without using FontForge’s own buggy UFO support.

Might not generally be useful, I’m just adding the bits I need to move some of my fonts to UFO.
