няма да стане толкова лесно, колкото си го мислих, понеже се оказа, че ще гърми с 0/10 за не-джанго проектите ако винаги е включен плъгина.
Вариант, който ми хрумна, е през кода да засечем дали има и джанго и тогава само да добавя плъгина, обаче ние трябва вътре във venv-a да засечем джанго, а пък pylint не е нагласена да се изпълнява във venv-a сега, и става дебела работата
