Add sesame tables as an output

What it says on the box,

opac-convert -o sesame --mpi=26.9815 --Znum 13 al-imx-003.cn4

• sesame reader requires mass-per-ion(mpi) in grams/mol and Znum array for consituent atoms
• mpi is average Anum for the whole mixture. Need to also include for prp files when using isotopes, like in DT

Also allows for ionmix tables as an input
