This PR will address: Issue #186

This PR removes the dependency on dbt_date and hosts the required macros within the Zendesk package instead.

If you would like to test this PR before official release you may use the following in your packages.yml.

packages:
  - git: https://github.com/fivetran/dbt_zendesk.git
    revision: feature/remove-dbtdate
    warn-unpinned: false
