I'm a beginner from China. While learning this project recently, I noticed there's no Chinese documentation available. To help others in the same situation, I've created a Chinese localization document for local project setup. It includes basic project information and detailed steps for running the project locally. I hope this makes the project more accessible to Chinese-speaking developers.
