Allow ommit file on TextLayout

I would like to make standard TextLayout have an option to not print the file from which macro call was originated. Since I will be using logforth to print webserver activity logs, print file name and line is not important at that point, for troubleshooting, yes, but not for all log levels. Maybe debug only?

I'm open to this change but would have a look at its shape. Typically, you can define your own layout by yourself. The upstream "out-of-the-box" presets are for common usage, and I'd prefer not to add too many options for each certain scenario- this is where custom layouts should stand.

But omitting file on TextLayout sounds like something that MAY be reasonable to integrate.

Yeah, it is more like allow colors or not, in my case, I have to show http method, uri with query params, client ip and optionally user agent. With ability to suppress this column, I have more room for webserver log info per se.
