Add a 'Webhook Backend Placement' section to the k8saudit README documenting the tradeoffs of hosting the webhook backend inside vs. outside the audited cluster, per the discussion in falcosecurity#1457. Also fix the Requirements text: the webhook-config.yaml.in example points at an in-cluster service IP, not an external HTTP API. Signed-off-by: Mohd Raja <devilhac143@gmail.com>

Documents the webhook backend placement tradeoffs for the k8saudit plugin (inside vs. outside the audited cluster), per the discussion in #1457. Also corrects the Requirements text, which described the example config as targeting "an external HTTP API" when it actually uses an in-cluster service IP.
