- add package.json with stylelint for minimal linting in IDE - add prettier config - add stylelint config - reformat old css with Prettier Also - do NOT use stylelint-processor-ignore-front-matter , it caused more issues in other files, instead use an import and move the main stylesheet to a partial, to get rid of frontmatter

Update the Runewizard page in our mini site, to point users to the new version.
Since our mini site uses Jekyll, and has lots of old css, it's complicated to "include" the new Runewizard (built with Vite / Vue) into the Jekyll site.
Also users may like to be able to bookmark just Runewizard, wh oare not interested in the Tankazon mini site.
So point users to the new live version, also hosted by Github Pages, from the new repo : https://github.com/fabd/diablo2-runewizard
