- instead of using PUT, we use PATCH, because PATCH does not override defaults from the parent, when they are not explicitly set
- ensuring puppet/provider/f5.rb is required from the device libs and not from the local libs.
- adding HSTS properties
- adding encrypt cookie properties

- update of profile is done via PATCH instead of "PUT"
