Description
This PR adds two new notebooks analyzing the attestation messages using p2p traces from the public Xatu database.
What does it add?
09-attestation-propagation: tracks how validator attestations accumulate over the 32-slot inclusion window, with correlations to block size, blob count, and propagation time.
