Updates the gemspec metadata for errbit_github_plugin to provide richer RubyGems links (homepage, source, issues, docs) in a single metadata hash.
Changes:
- Replaces individual
spec.metadata[...]assignments with a consolidatedspec.metadata = { ... }hash. - Adds
documentation_uripointing to the version-tagged README on GitHub. - Keeps existing homepage/source/bug tracker/MFA metadata, now defined in one place.
