Initial Performance Refactor
Made a lot of changes to scene geometry and how it's loaded in the scene. Removed a lot of unnecessary document lookups.

Post VR-JAM 2020 Release
Updated working build of Off-Killter uploaded after VR-JAM 2020 voting period ended in anticipation for submission to GameDev.tv Community Jam.
This is a pre-release available for testing and getting player feedback. The list of updates can be found below:
- Player is now facing correct direction at start
- Randomized which body parts get mutated
- Randomized time at which mutation occurs during replay
- Randomized which axes body marts move along when mutated
- Randomized color of spawned avatars
- Added endgame RESTART and NEW ROUND buttons
- Mirrored avatar is now facing player and directly mirrors all player movements
- Changed head model to geometry and added face for easier orientation visibility
- Draw ring around mutated ghost at endgame
- Help button
- At end game mutated body parts are now colored while mutation is occurring
- Loss endgame for not selecting a replay
- All buttons correctly hidden/unlinked in all game scenarios
- Add debug toggle for dev mode
- Original recording and mutations are played side by side at endgame
- Added fade in function
- Added visual countdown function
- Added non-VR splash screen with title and info
- Ensure replay avatars can only be selected once during game
- Add difficulty button which changes the amount of mutation applied
- Smooth out mutation movement so it's less obvious
- Track user's movement input amount to help ensure we have a usable recording
- Add endgame message showing what was mutated and when/how
