The analyses for this project are contained within the BWRisk repository. Processed data objects are stored in the Data folder of this repository for in-line reporting of summary statistics.

Plots were also generated within the BWRisk repository and PDFs are stored in the Figures folder.

BWRiskManuscript.Rmd is the parent document and pulls in children 01_Intro.Rmd, 02_Methods.Rmd, 03_Results.Rmd, 04_Discussion.Rmd, and 05_AppendixA.Rmd.
