Exploring Human Protein Atlas subcellular locations

This notebook contains some preliminary work analysing the protein expression data from the Cell Atlas section of the Human Protein Atlas.

Getting started

This notebook can be run in your browser by clicking on the Binder button below:

Alternatively you can run it on you local machine by installing python (and a few other dependencies), see the Requirements section below for details.

Requirements

• python version 3.6 or above (the Anaconda distribution is recommended)

• jupyterlab (if you have the Anaconda python distribution then this is installed by default)

• pandas (again, if you have the Anaconda python distribution then this is installed by default)
