The groups/osgi repositories do not seem to work anymore. Instead, use groups/public. This can be verified by visiting https://oss.sonatype.org/#view-repositories and has been tested by generating test projects using both 7.0.0 and 7.0.1-SNAPSHOT archetype versions.
