This PR introduces a parser for
/proc/smapsthat converts mapping attributes to a newmem_mapstructure. All standard attributes (e.g.Size,Rss, etc.) are parsed and converted using our custom utilities. TheVmFlagsattribute is captured as a raw string, with further processing deferred. Comprehensive tests for multiple mapping entries are included.
