@marcpopMSFT If the Source Build validation is removed, does the file https://github.com/dotnet/sdk/blob/release/9.0.3xx/eng/SourceBuildPrebuiltBaseline.xml no longer need to exist?

Possibly but I wanted to keep the change small for now.
