CV2 not loading and registering taps on Catalyst

Description

While working on the maui-samples/9.0/Apps/DeveloperBalance app, we noticed that there were issues with CV2 presented on Catalyst but not WinUI.

On the MainPage, the projects do not finish loading:

The items in this CV2 are not clickable on the ProjectListPage below:

Steps to Reproduce

Go to the maui-samples repo and go to the commit: cc1ce37d0fe5d6bf46c491aa0e9c92f0eca3c19c. Run the 9.0/Apps/DeveloperBalance app and you will be able to see the issues on the MainPage and the ProjectListPage.
