There's something odd/wrong about this change. https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Data.SqlClient/ doesn't list 6.0.0 stable yet. There are only 3 previews. I'm not sure where nuget is finding a 6.0.0 version from.

Looks like https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Data.SqlClient/6.0.0 is unlisted for some reason. So I'm going to convert this to a draft PR until a stable v6 package is listed.
