Improve 'no property' error suggestions for pointers

• Only use FQN when it makes a difference
• Put suggestion in supplemental error with the corresponding location
• Deduplicate special case for struct pointer, unifying the error messages and providing a struct location when no member was found after spell check
• Use toErrMsg to prevent newline when printing mixin template
