Add a note at the top of the Issue form suggesting 1 feature per issue. Otherwise discussions can be hard to track and scope is likely to creep.

I'll wait until some other Steering Council members weigh in. I'm in favor of this.

I'm not sure about this. I'd really like to see larger ideas and concepts being discussed here, at least in the idea column. A lot of things are a hard sell when pitched on their own but make much more sense when they are part of a vision.

@nanuxbe one thing we will struggle with if we have with vague, wide ranging ideas is handling duplicates and keeping conversation on point. I don't disagree that some things act in concert with one another, but if our goal here is to get community consensus to make a change, we may want to do things that will make that easier.

@tim-schilling I'd rather have visons/concepts, or in general larger, issues be created in the Idea stage that result in either full DEP needed or that get broken-up in order to move to the next stage than having to have to follow a concept on 7 different issues for it to make sense.
But that might just be me, let's talk about this next SC meeting.

Of course, there is more room to bikeshed on such issues, especially with people diving into implementation details. But that doesn't mean a general idea of whether a proposal gets traction or not will not appear over time.
