+## Code Of Conduct
+
+DjangoCongress JPは、誰もが歓迎され、友好的で安全な環境で情報交換や交流を行うカンファレンスです。
+
+Code of Conductとは、日本語では行動規範と訳されることが多く、カンファレンスを健全で活発なものに保つためのマナーやルールのことです。
+参加者全員が、互いに敬意と礼儀をもって参加することを求めています。
+
+カンファレンスに参加する全ての代表者・参加者・登壇者・主催者・ボランティア・スポンサーの方々は、
+以下の行動規範を遵守してください。会期前および会期中、主催者はこの行動規範を実施し、遵守を求めます。

+### 要約
+
+* DjangoCongress JP は、あらゆる性別、性的指向、身体障害、外見、体型、人種や宗教であっても参加者全員にとって
+  ハラスメントが無いイベント体験を提供することに注力しています。
+* イベントに関わる全ての人に対してどのような形のハラスメントも容認しません。
+* DjangoCongress JPで、性的な表現を含む言葉や画を用いたプレゼンテーションや言動はふさわしくありません。
+* 他の人には思いやりをもって接しましょう。他の参加者を侮辱したりけなすのはやめましょう。
+  プロフェッショナルとしての行動が必要です。同意のない写真の公開はやめましょう。
+  DjangoCongress JP のイベントではハラスメントや性差別、人種差別や排他的な冗談はふさわしくないことを覚えていてください。
+* これらのルールに違反する参加者は、主催者の判断によって費用を返還せずにイベントから退出を求められることもあります。

+### 詳細
+
+ハラスメントは性別、性的指向、身体障害、外見、体型、人種、宗教、公共の場での性的表現に関する侮辱的な発言、
+意図的な脅迫、ストーカー行為、付きまとい、嫌がらせな撮影、録音、録画、トークやその他イベントに対しての持続的な妨害、
+不適切な身体的接触や望まれない性的な注目を含みます。
+嫌がらせ行為を止めるように警告された参加者は直ちにに応じてください。
+
+言葉の選択にも注意しましょう。性差別、人種差別や排他的な冗談は周りにいる人に対して侮辱的な発言になることもあるのを覚えていてください。
+侮辱的な冗談はこのカンファレンスにふさわしくなく、DjangoCongress JP のイベントではどのような状況であっても容認はされません。
+
+参加者が行動規範に反する行動を行った場合には、主催者は違反者を注意したり、
+返金無しでイベント・カンファレンスから退出させる等を含む主催者が必要と思ったどのような処置でも行えます。
+
+カンファレンスに関わる方は、会期中および、カンファレンスに関わる全てのワークショップ、ソーシャルイベント、Webサイト、
+SNS、ミーティング、私信、など、あらゆる場面において、これらのルールを遵守してください。
+全ての人にとって快適で、友好的な場を提供することへのご協力をおねがいします。

+## 通報について
+
+ハラスメントを受けた場合、あるいは、ハラスメントを目撃した場合、その他気になる事があった場合は、
+メールでDjangoCongress JPの実行委員に通報するか、DjangoCongress JP のスタッフに直接に伝えてください。
+
+特に緊急な事態が生じた場合は、以下のスタッフにすぐに伝えてください。

+心身の安全が危惧される場合や、危険にさらされている場合は、警察や救急に連絡してください。

+# Code of Conduct
+
+DjangoCongress JP aims to be a welcoming event, where people meet in a friendly environment.
+Accordingly, all participants are expected to show respect and courtesy to other participants throughout the conference.
+
+To make clear what is expected, all delegates/attendees, speakers, exhibitors, organizers
+and volunteers at any DjangoCongress JP event are required to conform to the following Code of Conduct.
+Organizers will enforce this code before and throughout the event.
+
+## In short
+
+* DjangoCongress JP is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone,
+  regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance,
+  body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.
+* We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.
+* Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks.
+* Be kind to others. Do not insult or put down other attendees. Behave professionally.
+  Don’t publish individual photographs of people without their consent.
+  Remember that harassment and sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate for DjangoCongress JP.
+* Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund
+  at the discretion of the conference organizers.

+## Longer version
+
+Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression,
+age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion,
+technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following,
+harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact,
+and unwelcome sexual attention.
+
+Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
+
+Be careful in the words that you choose. Remember that sexist, racist, and other exclusionary jokes can be offensive
+to those around you. Excessive swearing and offensive jokes are not appropriate for DjangoCongress JP.
+
+If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate,
+including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.
+
+We expect participants to follow these rules at all conference venues and conference-related social events.
