I like it. Only change I would suggest would be move the points to distribute directly under the stats move the gold over to the left and then stack all the resistances to the bottom right. |
I did that so points to distribute and gold got equally split down the middle right side of the points box lines up with the right side of the name box). I wish we could do away with the "Base" stats box (maybe have a hover options to display base stats), which would free up more room for text, and that way I would also align the left side stat boxes how I did the left side resists and points to distribute. Although I suppose this method might be an absolute nightmare for controller users. |
The remaining stat points would fit just below the current stat points if you would align the strength/dexterity/vitality/magic rows. |

Why move all this stuff around so things can line up to where they match, but then split all res when they were already together? |
why is there a gap between some stats but not others? Isn't it better that moders re organize it based on there needs? What if they need more, they can expand the panel, maybe drop things that aren't needed for them. |
Dexterity is aligned between To Hit and Armor Class because increasing Dexterity increases both of those stats. |
What if I'm playing a character that gets damage based on a stat other than strength, do the attributes realign/relocate to reflect that? |

Logically reorganizes the Character Panel. This places secondary stats across from related primary stats, and leaves space for modders to add a new elemental type.
