Fix a compatibility error that prevents gradle to compile successfully

I confirm this change fixes the compilation issue on RN 0.70+

This one works fine but you need to change the compileSdkVersion to this:

compileSdkVersion 30

in node_modules/react-native-image-rotate/android/build.gradle

Also,

If you plan to use this PR you need to put this in your package.json
"react-native-image-rotate": "se09deluca/react-native-image-rotate", instead of the original, then make an npm install command.
