Updated the versatile-functions.mdc file to include a new guideline against creating empty wrapper functions that do not add meaningful logic. This change aims to promote more efficient code practices by encouraging developers to avoid unnecessary function calls that can be replaced with simpler one-liners. Also updated the WORKLOG.md to reflect this addition.
