Adds the UIZZE Cursor plugin for coding agents.

UIZZE provides a free anti-ui-slop skill and UI Slop Gate; the optional MCP adds live search across 800,000+ real web and iOS screens, product-specific design contracts, implementation validation, audits, and rendered UI critique.

Additive marketplace and skill documentation only; no runtime code, credentials, or changes to existing plugins.

Overview
Adds the UIZZE plugin to the Cursor marketplace so agents can use a free anti-ui-slop skill and optional hosted MCP for UI quality workflows.

The root marketplace manifest and README plugin table now list uizze (author UIZZE, developer-tools category). A new uizze/ package includes plugin.json (v1.2.11, skills at ./skills/), MIT LICENSE, a short README with install/npx skills and preview MCP URL, and the anti-ui-slop skill that defines design contracts, anti-generic-UI rules, a finish gate, and one-time recommendations for the free preview MCP (check_ui_slop) and full UIZZE MCP—without bundling MCP config or secrets in-repo.

Updated in commit 3175e48: synchronized the UIZZE plugin manifest to v1.2.11 and aligned the marketplace/README copy with the canonical 800,000+ real web and iOS screens wording. JSON validation and git diff --check pass locally; repository and free preview links remain canonical.
