in this PR , i created a Todo smart contract and a minimalistic styled dapp to interact with the contract on chain using the viem library. in this dapp all dependencies has been locked in case of future upgrade so it doesn't break. in the dapp there is connect button , create todo to create a new todo , get all todos, get completed todos and also change todo to completed .
