This PR clarifies how to distinguish Coolify logs by service/app in New Relic using a single env var.

Changes

docs/knowledge-base/drain-logs.md

Add subsection: New Relic: identify logs by application (COOLIFY_APP_NAME)
Steps to set COOLIFY_APP_NAME (e.g., web, worker, db) on a resource
Note to Restart after enabling Log Drains / changing env vars

Provenance

Validated in a multi-service setup (web/worker/db) with New Relic Logs drain; events include coolify.app_name once COOLIFY_APP_NAME is set.

Notes

Keeps wording consistent with existing Drain Logs docs.
No behavioural changes—docs only.
