thanks for this set of updates @crandmck . One general note that will require changes: althought the ITL is frozen, it can still be used by validators. We actually everyone move to the conformance program and official TL (OTL), but there will be a transition time during which validators may choose to consult the frozen ITL and the OTL. UIs should clearly indicate which TL they are validating against, always favoring the OTL. |

this is not correct. You can no longer apply for inclusion on the ITL

Yes, this is a .txt file that is not displayed in the docs, which I've retained because it has some technical information on performing a preliminary cert check and on how to use the ITL with C2PA Tool and JS SDK. We don't have a specific process to do this for the C2PA TL yet, and I'm working to get it sorted, but in the meantime this file is here as a source for the future revision.
Nevertheless, to avoid any possible confusion, I've removed that section in case anyone pokes around in the GitHub repo.
