I'll go ahead and merge this now! There are a few minor changes, and the default behavior with the changes should not change. Let me know if you spot anything @constantinpape! |

This PR makes minor updates to some generic transforms, to make padding mode flexible and allow flexible changes in additional arguments for resize. GTG from my side!
