• Commit organisers to take action on a CoC breach #147 is a place for all of you to debate the change of "organisers MAY act" to "COMMIT to act"

In order to facilitate maintenance of this repository, I have confirmed the French translation as a French native speaker myself, and merged this commit into #147 so that if a decision is made to commit organisers to take action, it is a single path towards updating multiple translations at once.
