hmm, already has WinBuilder_attach_UpdateLibraryBuildHistory access.. checking in DB..

No MSVC entries of what I have tried yesterday, so must be something wrong (in --debug I did get dynamodb errors, didn't check on what exactly)

adding wf directly to main, otherwise i cant test it
