This PR improves the user experience by displaying context-appropriate hint messages based on screen size. Since table rows are only clickable on large screens (≥1024px) as defined in the JavaScript, the PR ensures users on smaller screens understand why rows aren't interactive and are directed to use a desktop for the full experience.
Changes:
- Hide the "Click on a row" hint on small screens (below lg breakpoint)
- Add a new "Visit on a desktop" hint visible only on small screens
- Update comment to clarify the clickable rows hint applies to lg+ screens

On screens below the lg breakpoint (1024px), rows are not clickable. Instead of showing "Click on a row to explore individual model runs", show a message suggesting users visit on desktop for the full interactive experience. https://claude.ai/code/session_017b2mDdP6RXuB4wFLDEDKVg
