Restore the 👀 reaction on accepted
/codex-reviewcomments. The workflow now acknowledges the command at the start of the resolver job, before routing same-repository or fork reviews.Keep the existing owner/member and exact-command guards. Grant only the resolver job the additional issues write permission needed for the reaction. Reaction failures produce a warning and do not block the review. The resolver does not check out or execute PR code.
Validation: actionlint passed for both templates and all three downstream workflow copies; git diff --check passed. Existing model configuration and pnpm settings are preserved. Internal CI change; no product documentation changes.
