- fix typo in example/java/CallChainWithSignature.gdl
- add comments about how to eliminate temporary variables
- fix indentations of some IRs in generated souffle format
- add inst combine rule about lir::inst_aggr
- enable inst combine optimization by default, to avoid some unnecessary ungrounded error
