Rename the file to step.yaml. It the special name that that our syncing service looking for in the step folder.

What
Deploys an existing tenanted release in Octopus Deploy.
Why
We are beginning to integrate Octopus and Codefresh. This step makes it easier to build with Codefresh Pipelines and deploy with Octopus Deploy.
