The timer is now set to expire 100ms after timeout/wall_timeout.

Probably I wasn't very clear in our discussion before, sorry about that. The isolate code that we have in our repository is just a dump of the original isolate repo (you can find the link in the home page http://www.ucw.cz/moe/ ), and I wouldn't like to fork it. I suggest you to try to get your change in the mainline source.

I think that your change is a good thing, so you should have no trouble getting that in.
