test: verify automatic bonk dispatch

Smoke-test PR for the automatic Bonk workflow.

This PR targets geoquant/auto-bonk-pr specifically so that the PR runs use the new Bonk workflow definitions before they land on main.

Expected behavior:

• Bonk runs automatically without a manual /bonk comment

Smoke test PR looks good. Adds a harmless markdown file to verify the automatic Bonk workflow triggers correctly. All relevant CI passes (build, lint, test, typecheck). The failing bonk-check is expected behavior since the PR is testing the dispatch mechanism itself.
