Rename cloudflare-tunnel/ to tunnel/ with flat structure targeting developer/CDN audience. Replace all CF1 dashboard references with Core Dashboard (dash.cloudflare.com > Networking > Tunnels). Rewrite deployment guides (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible) to use dashboard-managed tunnels. Add new top-level pages (setup, routing, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, integrations) with post-quantum promotion. Remove bloat (HTTPBin demos, connectivity prechecks, private networking duplication, license/copyright pages). Add 25+ redirect rules for all old paths.
