Revise the supported sensor table to 1 table per sensor type, add columns for AMD64 + ARM664 for Humble and Jazzy.
Revise supported platform table to use the same format. Mark all Humble + ARM64 combinations as unsupported (for now) -- we can update this column later, but for now it seems we aren't planning on releasing support for Humble on ARM.
