First (minimal) draft of ROS 2 Jazzy docs content
* Make supported platforms and sensors shared across the ROS 2 releases

* Added links for ROS 2 tutorials for Dingo and Ridgeback
Add OAK-D family of cameras to documentation
* Moved /docs/robots to /docs_robots and made it unversioned in preparation for Jazzy release
* Moved ROS 1 robot details under docs_robots/legacy/ros1_robots so that we don't lose those old details now that versioning is removed on Robots
* Created ROS 2 Jazzy release
* Removed deprecated files under /docs now that the jazzy release is created
Removed Ladybug camera from supported sensors.
Fixed sensor links to Github for given ROS distro.
* Fix orientation/background on A300 and Ridgeback images

* Minor fixes to links/references
* Bulk rename references to `ros2humble` in the `jazzy` directory to point to their `ros2jazzy` equivalents. Add a new page for the INS sensor array. Add a page for the Fixposition XVN configuration

* Fill out the XVN configuration, add INS sensor topics to the API

* Add odometry topic to the core INS sensors api
* Fixed incorrect dimensions
* Fixed status light colours for charged/charging
* Added Peplink to list of access points
* Created landing page for A300
* Clarified high-friction surfaces with reduced payloads
* Added stopping distances
* Changed 80 dB to 80 dBA for max noise level
* Clarified range for noise levels
* Fixed broken link
* Added note about optional USB hub
