* Update to 2.0.0 * Line up NAudio.Lame to use the same version as SRS.
* NAudio to 2.0.1 * NAudio.Lame to 2.0.1
Update how we get the number of channels for the output.

Automatic migration for all projects. Moved (most?) NuGet packages at the solution level. Uses ciribob#740 to manage NAudio via NuGet too. First step: having SR-Client compile and run.

Removed the local NAudio project (which was... old).
Now using NAudio through NuGet.
Harmonized SRS Client and SRS External Audio to use the same version.
