Listen and capture NetWare Core Protocol messages

A utility for SLC assistants to listen for inbound NCP/Novell/nwsndmsg.exe messages on their computer. This program is developed as a companion client application for Peetrik LINE Bot (@ylg6617f). The Bot should help and notify SLC assistants by sending a message to their LINE account when a NCP/Novell/nwsndmsg.exe message arrives.
