Dear Marwan,

I'm preparing the submission and ran into what looks like a missing device entry in the CVC model used by the OEB precheck. My project currently passes all other cf precheck checks; OEB is the only failure.

The OEB check aborts on the SKY130 extended-drain NMOS sky130_fd_pr__nfet_g5v0d16v0 with "ERROR: No model match ... sky130_fd_pr__nfet_g5v0d16v0." The SKY130A cvc.models file includes entries such as "MN sky130_fd_pr__nfet_g5v0d10v5 Vth=0.2," but does not include sky130_fd_pr__nfet_g5v0d16v0.

As a diagnostic, I added the temporary 16V NFET entry "MN sky130_fd_pr__nfet_g5v0d16v0 Vth=0.2" to the same chipfoundry/mpw_precheck:latest environment. With only that change, the OEB check completed and passed. I didn't modify the design or GDS for this test.

Could you add the appropriate official CVC model entry for sky130_fd_pr__nfet_g5v0d16v0, or let me know the recommended way to handle this? Thank you for the help, and please let me know if you need any additional information.

Best regards,
Sina Kassayan

Also fixes a problem with the CI using an outdated version of klayout.
