Oracle Parser에 oracle19 기반 테스트 케이스를 추가합니다.
테스트 케이스 자체가 잘못된 케이스도 보여서 우선 머지 이후 추후 정확도를 올리는 작업과 함께 수정이 필요해보입니다.
